Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. Sale or promotional items (if applicable): Only regular-price items are refundable. Unfortunately, items on sale or on sale are not.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace the original defective or damaged items.
